Currently, Dr. Purey is the Principal and Compliance Officer at Purplesigma Services IFSC Pvt. Ltd., a proprietary high-frequency trading firm in GIFT SEZ, where she oversees regulatory compliance and strategic operations. Her professional journey spans leadership roles in prominent financial institutions, including HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance. Dr. Neelam Purey is a seasoned banking, finance, and education professional with over two decades of cross-functional experience in the BFSI sector, higher education, and compliance management. With a rare blend of academic excellence, technological proficiency, and operational leadership, she continues to contribute to the fields of finance, education, and emerging financial technologies.

A seasoned compliance and finance professional with extensive experience across SEBI, IFSCA and SEZ regulatory frameworks. I have led the formation and registration of Fund Management Entities (FMEs) and funds under IFSCA, managed end-to-end compliance processes for IFSCA and SEZ, and implemented compliance frameworks for PMS and AIF entities registered with SEBI. My background includes merchant banking (debt public issues, SME IPOs, private placements, municipal bonds), valuation of shares, ESOP certifications and takeover transactions, along with rigorous agreement vetting and regulatory reporting. I am keen to contribute to both committees’ initiatives.

I am Sagar Thakor, a finance professional with over 2.5 years of experience in stock trading, derivatives, and market operations at Share India Securities IFSC Pvt. Ltd. I hold NISM certifications in Securities Intermediaries Compliance and Equity Derivatives, backed by strong expertise in risk management and compliance. Academically, I have completed B.Com and M.Com from Gujarat University and am currently pursuing my final year of LL.B. With a passion for capital markets and continuous learning, I strive to contribute effectively to the growth of progressive financial institutions.

Seasoned Capital Markets and Finance executive with over 18 years of distinguished experience at India's top financial institutions. Currently serving as Principal Officer & Chief Manager – Capital Markets at ICICI Bank IFSC, with prior leadership experience as Principal Officer at Globe Capital IFSC Ltd. Demonstrated expertise in custody operations, clearing systems, compliance frameworks, and institutional onboarding. Skilled in liaising with regulatory authorities such as IFSCA, SEBI, and RBI, and renowned for building trusted relationships and driving strategic expansion within the GIFT City ecosystem.

Mr Satyendra Kumar Tiwary has around 29+ years of hands-on experience of working in financial service industry in both retail and custodial segment with StockHolding Corporation of India Limited. He had joined StockHolding on 29th Nov,1994 as Management Trainee in custodial services. Later he worked for approx 23 years in retail segment, dealing with both individual and corporate clients. He has worked as Regional Mgr in various regions/ states acorss the country for approx 11 years. He has rich experience relating to Demat Services, Equity Broking, Distribution of investment products, Insurance agency, new pension system and Government Business etc. He has also worked in New Product Development and Organization and Methods Departments.

He is currently in the grade of Divisional Manager and heads the retail business of Gujarat Region. He holds a Master in English Literature from Patna University and MBA from ICFAI University, Tripura.
