He possesses specialized expertise in regulatory compliance, financial management, and strategic tax planning, underpinned by deep technical proficiency and a thorough understanding of capital market operations, enabling him to deliver insightful and value-driven financial solutions.

Ms. Apoorva Jain is Chartered Accountant with over 6 years of experience in audit and finance. Currently serving as the Head of IVIK Securities IFSC Pvt Ltd, a proprietary trading firm based in GIFT City, Gandhinagar. Actively engaged in the GIFT IFSC ecosystem for nearly 4 years, with a strong focus on financial markets,trading infrastructure, and regulatory alignment within the IFSC framework.

Gaurang is among the earliest professionals in the GIFT IFSC ecosystem, playing a pioneering role in establishing strong compliance and regulatory frameworks. He brings deep expertise in Risk Management, IFSCA regulations, member audits and inspections, and international best practices.He is dedicated to fostering a culture of compliance that drives both business growth and market integrity at GIFT IFSC.

Qualified Company Secretary and MBA (Finance) with over 17 years of experience in Capital Markets, specializing in Regulatory Reporting, IFSCA, SEBI & Exchange Compliances, Surveillance, Corporate Governance, Risk Management Framework, Internal Controls, Fraud Detection, and Anti-Money Laundering Framework. Proven track record with leading organizations including ICICI Securities and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. Currently serving as Compliance Officer at Appreciate Broking IFSC Pvt Ltd., overseeing compliance for Broking, Mutual Funds, and Investment Advisory activities.

Ms. Mukta Sharma, Company Secretary of StockHolding Securities IFSC Limited (SSIL) had joined SSIL in September 2024. She has worked in Secretarial department, handled statutory and regulatory compliances under applicable laws and regulations in GIFT.

Previously, she has worked in Intas Pharmaceuticals Limited, handling secretarial and corporate governance matters. She is a qualified Company Secretary and a Commerce postgraduate (M. Com). She also cleared various NISM certifications- NISM-Series-III-A: Securities Intermediaries Compliance (Non-Fund) Certification Examination, NISM-Series-VII: Securities Operations and Risk Management Certification Examination, NISM-Series-VI: Depository Operations Certification Examination, NISM- Common Derivatives.

Priya Raval is a qualified Company Secretary with over five years of professional experience, including four years in the financial services sector. She brings extensive expertise in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management, with a strong focus on navigating complex legal and regulatory frameworks in the financial industry.

Currently, Ms. Raval serves as General Counsel at ViewTrade International IFSC Private Limited, a position she has held for the past two years. In this role, she oversees the Company’s compliance and legal functions, providing strategic guidance to ensure alignment with applicable laws and regulatory requirements, and supporting the organization in achieving its business objectives responsibly and efficiently.
